The firm
Why we are deliberately small
Superposition Technologies is an AI consulting and AI software development firm. We install the operating model, then build the software it needs, for enterprises in India and the United States.

What we are
Two pillars, one accountability
Most firms in this market do one of two things. They advise, and hand you a roadmap that nobody in the building can execute. Or they build, and ship a system that quietly bypasses the decision rights the organisation depends on. We do both, on purpose, because the failures we were hired to fix nearly always live in the seam between them.
That is also why the firm is small and intends to stay that way. We cap concurrent engagements. The people on the first call are on the engagement. There is no pyramid in which senior people sell and juniors deliver, because the model does not work when the same team has to answer for the system in production.
What we are not
- A staffing firm selling seats by the month.
- A reseller with a vendor quota to fill.
- A slide factory producing AI strategies nobody executes.
- A prompt agency shipping demos that never reach production.
Principles
How we decide what to do
A baseline before a target
If nobody measured the workflow before the pilot, the improvement is a story. We write the baseline down first, even when it is unflattering, and we accept being judged against it.
Named owners, not steering committees
Every gap we find gets one person's name and one date against it. A committee cannot be accountable, and a programme with only committee ownership has already decided not to change.
Decisions, including the decision to stop
Each stage ends in a gate. An engagement that concludes with a defensible no has produced exactly what it was bought to produce, earlier and more cheaply than the alternative.
The advisors build
We write strategy and we ship production software. It is the same team, which means recommendations carry the cost of implementing them.
Disclosure
What we claim, precisely
We would rather be dull and accurate than impressive and wrong. Three statements we hold ourselves to.
- Superposition Technologies participates in the Lovable Solution Partner Program. That is participation in a programme, not certification, partner tier, or badge status.
- We do not name clients. Outcomes in our use-case library are anonymised by company shape and sector.
- Every number we publish about an engagement is one the client measured, not one we modelled.
FAQ
Questions about the firm
- How big is the firm?
- Deliberately small. Engagements are staffed by the people who scoped them, and we cap the number of concurrent engagements rather than hiring ahead of demand.
- Where are you based?
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with delivery across India and the United States. Most work runs remote with scheduled on-site sessions at the decision points.
- Do you publish client names?
- No. Our use-case library describes company shape, the system built, and the measured outcome without identifying the client. Anonymity is a condition of the work we are trusted with.
- What is your relationship with Lovable?
- Superposition Technologies participates in the Lovable Solution Partner Program. We describe that as participation in the programme. We do not claim certification, partner tier, or badge status.
