Bring the workflow, not the brief
The most useful first call starts with one process, the number you would want to move, and the constraint you think blocks it. Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell you whether we are the right firm.

Before you write
Four lines that make the first call worth having
- 01The workflow, named as your team names it internally.
- 02What it costs or how long it takes today, even roughly.
- 03Who would have to approve a change to it.
- 04What has already been tried, including the pilots that stalled.

FAQ
Before you get in touch
- What happens on the first call?
- Thirty minutes. You describe the workflow and the number you would want to move; we tell you which engagement fits, or that none of them does. There is no discovery fee and no proposal deck.
- How quickly can you start?
- Diagnostics usually start within two weeks. Build engagements depend on the sequence in front of them; we will give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.
- Do you work outside India and the United States?
- We take selected engagements elsewhere when the timezone overlap supports a working cadence. We will say plainly if it does not.
